  • Shipping and restrictions
    We ship by UPS only. Standard shipping is free on all shoe orders within the continental United States. (This excludes Hawaii, Alaska and all International shipping.) No changes can be made to your shipping order once its been placed. You can track your shipment through the UPS website at: If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed the following Monday unless that day is a Holiday then it will process on Tuesday. All orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Stamford, CT.
  • What is your return policy?
    International orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping outside of the continental United States such as Hawaii and Alaska orders are not eligible for return or exchange. We offer returns and exchanges (of same value) within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges are always free. Please use the Epiphany Shoes UPS shipping return label and be sure to fill out our customer return form when sending back your shoes. All shoes must not be worn or altered and must include in the original shoe box packaging in order to get full refund. We will not issue refunds on items that are not in new condition. Once we receive your returned items and do shoe inspection, please allow 10-14 days from the time your return is delivered to receive your refund depending on financial institutions.   • Will I be charged Sales Tax?
    Yes, we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell. Such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location and or state to which the order is being delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: NY, PA, FL,CA, CT, IL,MA,MD,OH,TX,VA,GA,IN, KY,Mi, MN,NJ,NC,WA and WI.
  • What is your warranty policy?
    Epiphany offers a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase, for any manufacturing defects. In the event we process the order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Please contact us by email at and include: -Product name -Photos of the item that clearly outline the problem -A copy of proof of purchase We are not liable to repair, replace or refund shoes that are damaged by regular wear and tear.
